I've mostly been using my own photographs as background images on my laptop but I wanted something new so I thought I would take some screen captures of my favourite movie, "Hero".

It's so easy - just have your movie playing in DVD Player while DVD Capture is running. Pause when you get to the shot you want to capture and click "capture". DVD Player will go full screen and the screen will be captured.
